In making an application for grant from the Pacific Business Trust you must ensure that all the information provided by you (including that provided by any advisors) is true and correct. In acknowledging/signing the declaration on the application, you acknowledge that if any information provided by you or your advisors is, or subsequently proves to be incorrect, that you are liable to repay any monies provided by the Pacific Business Trust to you (including any administrative or collection fees incurred by the Pacific Business Trust).
PBT reserves all its rights at law and in the case of any alleged fraudulent behaviour on the part of the applicant, PBT reserves the right to lay a criminal complaint with the Police.
PBT may require you or other partners/shareholders in your entity to provide evidence proving that you are of Pacific descent in order for you to prove that you or your entity meets PBT’s funding criteria.
If your grant application is incomplete, the CEO will request that you provide additional documentation to support your grant application.
If you do not meet the grant criteria the CEO will advise that your application has been unsuccessful and provide a brief outline as to why.
Successful applications will be advised within 7 days of having received a complete grant application package and the Pacific Business Trust will arrange transfer of the value of the grant. You will then be asked to provide evidence of your contribution to the grant.
