BCP – Financial Proactive Planning

Want to prepare your business for the next business disruptions?

Join our next Business Continuity Planning (BCP) session where we look at Proactive Financial – Cashflow tips and tricks.  

It was great to see so many businesses take advantage of our last BCP workshop and the opportunity to have a one-on-one with our facilitator Isaac over dinner. This workshop we’re looking to cover:

  • What is a business continuity plan (BCP)

  • Emergency/Rainy Day Fund (how to calculate this, set it up)

  • Good debt vs bad debt

  • Finance Options / Facilities (pros and cons)

  • Cashflow runway

  • Cashflow improvement areas (Focus)

  • Cashflow preparation live walk-through of template

Are you a registered Pacific business owner based in Auckland? Pacific Medical Assist Ltd (PMAL) offers a fully funded preventative health and wellness checks for business owners who are:

  • between the ages of 30 – 50 years old

  • Have not had health and wellness checks in last 5 years

  • Registered with GP practice in Auckland

If you run a small retail business you may be eligible for a $4,000 subsidy to get a fog cannon installed. You do not need to have been a victim of a ram raid or aggravated robbery to apply.
